Digital Economy Bill (published November 20th)

Dear reader

It's a rainy Sunday morning and I must confess to a sense of guilt when I look back at the date of my last post. OK, I claim 'pressure of work' (it's true).

Meanwhile, the Government has just published the Digital Economy Bill, covering a range of issues including its much-trumpeted proposals on illegal 'P2P' file sharing.
